Bulk Generation

Generate descriptions for hundreds of products at once using CSV upload.

How It Works

  1. Upload a CSV file with your product data
  2. Map columns to Copyly fields
  3. Select generation settings (tone, brand voice)
  4. Click generate and wait for processing
  5. Download the CSV with generated descriptions

CSV Format

Your CSV should include these columns (column names are flexible):

Product Name,SKU,Keywords,Features,Category

Required: Product Name

Recommended: Keywords, Features

Optional: SKU, Category, Brand, Price

Column Mapping

After uploading, you'll see a mapping interface. Match your CSV columns to Copyly fields:

Your Column→Copyly Field
Product Name→productName
Keywords→keywords
Features→features

Processing Time

Generation speed depends on your plan and the number of products:

  • • ~2-3 seconds per product
  • • 100 products ≈ 4-5 minutes
  • • 500 products ≈ 20-25 minutes

You can close the browser—we'll email you when it's done.

Download Results

The output CSV includes all your original columns plus:

  • • generated_description: The AI-generated copy
  • • seo_score: SEO optimization score (0-100)
  • • generation_status: success/error

Tips for Best Results

  • • Include keywords for each product (not just globally)
  • • Use consistent formatting in your CSV
  • • Set a brand voice before bulk generation for consistency
  • • Start with a small batch (10-20) to verify output quality
